This apartment is situated in a very good area (Geuzenkwartier/Statenkwartier) near several international organizations like ICTY and OPCW and the “Frederik Hendriklaan” shopping lane. Public transport is comfortably close (tram 10,11,17; bus 23) The area is internationally oriented, you will find many expats. The harbor/beach area has nice terraces, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two floor house and is suited for a professional couple or individual.

• It has two rooms, a kitchen, a shower and a garden.
  
• The living room has a living part and a dining part. The living part has a fire place (not operational, only for atmosphere in the winter-months) and is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a couch. The dining part has a dining table with four chairs, two comfortable chairs and a large cupboard, it has a door to the garden.
  
• The bedroom has a double bed (140*200) and a modern wash basin with connectors for shaving and room for towels etc. It also has a closet for clothing.
  
• The kitchen is modern and built-in equipment (fridge, stove, cooker hood) and separate microwave/oven.
  
• The hall has a built-in closet where the washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner etc are located.
  
• There is a modern tiled shower
  
• A separate toilet
  
• The garden is equipped with plants for every season. It has a barn and an electrically operated sunscreen.
  The whole apartment is centrally heated and has double glazing.

It is fully furnished and well equipped (TV with international channels, CD/Radio, washing machine, freezer, microwave/oven. Furthermore it is equipped with (bath)towels, bed/kitchen linen, cutlery, pots, cups, boards, iron, iron board and the other usual household equipment.

The apartment is particularly suited for short term living for expat type residents in the period September–June and from July-August also for holiday use on a weekly basis or longer on request.

The rental price is exclusive gas/light/water/local taxes/cable-TV during the winter months and inclusive during the summer months. Cleaning on departure is obligatory but can be performed by us on request.

The rental price depends on the length and season of the rental period.
The prices are very reasonable, we charge no commission/fee/charge.
